Pain: 5

Both of my feet hurt today, and my knee is popping. I didn't walk much at all yesterday, I really just sat in meetings. I also think I didn't drink nearly enough water.

I am delayed (an hour now) and considering a bloody marry. I just had 3 or 4 glasses of restaurant water, not sure how much more of that I can palette. :D

What really sounds good though is some Sean Foy style chair Jogging.
