This probably the first Ground beef I have had in about 3 years. Because I am cooking more I will have to figure out where to get organic free range pasture grass fed beef. All gristedes has is this, which is good, I just prefer to see the cut and quality before I eat it.
I didn't use any dressing, I loaded the skillet same skillet I was cooking the beef in with diced onions, tomatoes and a couple cloves of garlic. They cooked down very nicely and kept everything nice and juicy.
