Exercise

Because I live in New York I usually walk 10 to 20 blocks a day, a little less than a mile, and climb 4-8 flights of stairs. I am thinking that this may be important in addition to what I am eating and my organized workout routine. I will probably pick up a cheap pedomoter at Best Buy to carry with me and get an accurate idea of how much I am actually moving.

Recommendations are appreciated, I know that these pedometers come in a bunch of varieties.
