Arthritis Pain: 3

Ahhh, thank goodness my knee calmed down from yesterday. The tissue is still a little tender where it was pinching yesterday, it feels almost like a bruise.

My right foot is more tight and swollen than painful. Although it does hurt a bit when I walk and a bit more as I massage it to get it to calm down.
