Pain: 1.5

A note about pain levels; I have been feeling great! My toes probably go back and forth between a 1 and 2, barely noticeable at most times, the pinching pain is really only there when I stretch or massage them. I think that the swelling on my pinky has even gone down some.

Other effects, My fingernails are looking healthier than they have in years, with the pitting that affected about half of my nails in January completely gone on all but 3 of my nails.

I have also lost 5 inches from my waist, I only have one pair of Jeans left that really fits me, and I had to take my suits to the tailor. The tailor took me from a 36 to a 31, he thought I should have gone 30, I still wanted a little room though in case I actually figure out how to keep a workout routine.

Unfortunately, there is no major change in my skin. The spots of psoriasis are still doing their thing. I am in the process of reducing my stress levels, August will be a life making month for me!

My knee is still a bummer, it is soft weak and swollen, I really believe that the workout routine mentioned above will remedy that though.

I am pretty much convinced that grains, potatoes, and sugars should stay permanently off my menu, with only occasional exceptions.

That being said... At least my next meal will be "gluten free"!
