Notes from previous days

The last few days my toes have been fine, probably somewhere 2-3. My knee has been "floating" or swollen and squishy a few times, and yesterday it felt like something had torn on the inside side of the knee. The torn feeling felt like a 3 or 4 inch long thick line of that was sharp and searing. The inside of the knee was also hot to the touch. Today my is tight, but not in pain.
