Supercharge Your Liver

While most fruit and vegetables are beneficial to the liver, you might want to add the following to supercharge your liver cleansing:

  • Vegetables: dark green leafy vegetables, artichoke, burdock, beets, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, onion
  • Fruits: grapefruit, mangos, lemons, papaya
