Break-Fasting: Chicken Stock

1 Habanero Pepper
1 Jalapeno Pepper
1 Slice of Onion
1 Carrot
2 Cloves of Garlic

I picked up a free range organic chicken stock at Whole Foods, which I boiled some fresh veggies into to add vitamins. I am drinking the stock and leaving the veggies, SPICY, and still really good!
